Ramsey knows that car repairs can feel overwhelming, but she’s here to make the process smooth and stress-free every step of the way. A Vandalia native, Kody has been working on cars since he was just 11, learning alongside his stepdad. Passionate about Japanese domestic vehicles, His daily driver is a Nissan 350z. He's now working toward his ASE certifications to grow his expertise even further. Beyond cars, Kody ventured into short-term rentals like Airbnb in 2021, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit. Since joining Elite Auto in October 2023, he’s been dedicated to delivering top-notch service for our customers.

Originally from Miami, FL, OD has been delivering exceptional automotive care since graduating from Universal Technical Institute in 2016. He became a Nissan Master Technician with special certification as an EV and HEV Specialist. He has ASE certifications in Automatic Transmission/transaxle, Suspension and steering, Brakes, Electrical/Electrical Systems, and Heating and Air Conditioning. Known for his attention to detail, OD is passionate about Formula 1, enjoys quality time with family and friends, and drives a Nissan 370Z. He’s committed to providing complete and outstanding service to every car that comes through our doors.

Spencer Ploutz



Spencer started his automotive career in 2016 as a Honda Express Technician. In 2017, he transitioned to Volvo, where he became a Master Volvo Technician. He also earned special certification for Volvo PHEV, BEV Technician, and Convertible Top Technician. In 2017, Spencer founded a real estate management company. He earned his ASE Master Technician Certification in 2019. Spencer was the Shop Foreman on the local Volvo Dealer until he left in 2020. He then moved to Florida to further his Volvo career. In late 2022, He returned to Dayton to open his own shop. Spencer is a father to a one and half year old girl, and expecting a son in the summer of 2025. Spencer’s wife is a RN Trauma Nurse at Premier Health.

Adam has a degree in business management from Wright State University with over 7 years of experience. He was born and raised in the Dayton area and is now raising his own family here as well. His wife works as a nurse in Dayton Hospitals. They have a 6 year old and a 1 year old son, and are expecting a baby girl in the summer of 2025. Adam is looking forward to providing a transparent and ethical automotive shop to his community.
